Tempest in the Aether is managed and created by a group of game design hobbyists whose real life jobs and interests include:

  • writers and several other professions.

Our goal is to produce a game that is allied with open source principles and practices, and to take full advantage of the passion that is in the air for content that is more open than many game companies are in a position to embrace. It is our intention to use all effort put into the game to the maximum and give anybody who likes to assist a chance to improve the game. Fan writing shall be as much a part of development as the coding of the engine.

The ruling principle shall be based on merit. The more you give the more influence you exert as long as you put effort into it you shall be able to help deciding the future of the game.
